[bldg-sim] Options for modelling wall insulation in EQUEST

Note that the wizard will not call out the insulation with its name - it will create a custom resistance layer with the calculated effective R-value.

Jaya,
Did you account for the framing?  If you used the wizard and selected say a 2x6 metal stud wall with R-19 you will get the derated value of the insulation due to the studs.
