Dear all,
it is my pleasure to announce the first local IBPSA-Germany conference "BauSIM 2006" held in Munich from October 9-11,
2006 at the Munich Technical University (TUM) and to call for participation. The official conference language is German;
presentations in English are welcome.
The conference is in alignment with the common IBPSA topics. Emphasis is placed on the topic "Energy efficiency in
building design and thermal comfort in rooms". BauSIM2006 shall bring together practitioners, researchers and
developers. Part of the conference will be an exhibition on building services and simulation tools.
Deadline for submitting abstracts is April 30, 2006. A number of selected contributions will be subject to a publication
in the journal BAUPHYSIK (publisher: Ernst&Sohn).
The scientific committee is composed of members from Austria and Germany. Locally, the event is organized by five
university chairs from the faculties of architecture and civil and environmental engineering at TUM.
Please find all related information on our web site (currently in German, English version under construction):
