[BLDG-SIM] Absoprtion Chiller

I am modeling a chilled water loop powered by an 1-stage absorption
chiller. The chiller input is steam from a steam boiler. When I run the
loop in standby mode and also in demand only mode, during non-cooling
hours, a large amount of heat input is simulated. Based on the
definition of "DEMAND" operation mode, the chiller is supposed to be
active only when the systems are in cooling mode. My system fans are
operational 24x7 (constant volume, 100% OA system - old hospital) -
which makes DEMAND and STANDBY operations the same. I am not sure if I
am modeling it right. I want to model a constant volume 100% OA reheat
fan system with a cooling coil on the chilled water loop and a heating
coil on the hot water loop powered by the same steam generator. Any help
will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Sarathy Narasimhan
