Maria,
   TRNSYS includes a component that links thermal building simulations with 
a free airflow modeling package called CONTAM. TRNSYS also has (non 
standard, commercially available) links with another airflow modeling 
package called COMIS. Please let me know if you would like additional 
details and I can send them to you directly.
