[bldg-sim] can we simulate performance of vegetated walls or dry mist cooling

We have a few models that can handle misting in the the TESS Libraries for 
TRNSYS.  The models were originally written for inlet air cooling (turbines 
etc.) but work just as well for HVAC applications.
