[BLDG-SIM] Dual Duct HVAC

Can anybody give me an idea where I can find the numbers of commercial
buildings (grouped by the building usage type like hospitals, offices,
schools etc.) with a dual duct HVAC system in Southern California? I
need these numbers to use in a building simulation study which will
assess the total energy savings potential of a certain efficiency
measure on this type of buildings.
