[BLDG-SIM] eQUEST building campuses

I'm tyring to import one DOE2 file into another to make a campus of buildings in eQUEST.  The two buildings keep trying to reference the same schedules, polygons, etc. because they have the same names (eQUEST default names).  Is there any way to fix this without manually renaming every component in one of the buildings so they don't get confused?
