I am just curious about why eQUEST/DOE-2.2 or any DOE-2 based software isn't in the list? Any idea about it?

The list of software "Qualified Computer Software for
Calculating Energy Savings for Purposes of the Energy-
Efficient Commercial Building Tax Deduction under Internal
Revenue Code §179D" is now available on the web site:

http://www.eere.energy.gov/buildings/info/qualified_software
/

So far the list is TRACE 700 version 6.0.2.1 and EnergyPlus
version 1.3.018.
