[BLDG-SIM] performance curves in eQUEST

There is a chapter on Performance Curves in the "Volume 3 Topics"
documentation file.  This should have the information you are looking
for.  I think Volume 6 New Features has information on changes to the
chiller performance curves as well.

Could someone please guide me to a good source which can help me
understand how to generate unique performance curves for the project
HVAC equipment?  I have looked at the 'dictionary" file and that has
only two specific examples.
