[bldg-sim] combine space heating and domestic hot water loop

Chaoqin,
   I imagine that it depends upon the software tool that you choose for 
your simulation. You could certainly create such a system using TRNSYS and 
evaluate whether or not combining space and water heating is a worthwhile idea.
