[BLDG-SIM] about system hourly load

Dear all

If I want to get the houly cooling load and heat load of a system, which
variable should I choose:

 1)total central cooling/heating coil output

 2)total zone cooling/heating coil output

or 3) total cooling/heating capacity

or anyone others.  If anyone has an idea about it, would you please help me
