[BLDG-SIM] Equest - Modeling a radiant floor heating system and a seperate cooling system

How does one model two isolated HVAC systems serving one zone?

 

I have a mixed use building with radiant floor heating (lots of concrete)
with a completely separate air side cooling system.  There is a potential of
running the ventilation loads through an ERV.
