[BLDG-SIM] economizer on split systems

I have a building to be conditioned with several 5 ton split systems.
An economizer is used for each unit and is only available when the outside
air temp drops below 52.5 F.
I am having trouble simulating an airside economizer with this system or
including outside air at all.
I am using a residential system (RESYS) for this building, is this correct?
In equest detailed data edit, I am unable to change the values from n/a.

I would be most grateful if anyone would be willing to provide assistance.
