[BLDG-SIM] Series PIU Fraction of Flow from Primary vs. Secondary source in eQuest

Anybody know how DOE-2/eQuest determines the fraction of flow that is taken
from the primary vs. secondary air source in a Series PIU (powered induction
unit) as used for a perimeter zone with a VAV system?
