[BLDG-SIM] Exterior lighting APP-G

Hi All:

The App G mentions that the lighting power for parking garages and building facades shall be modeled whereas the reference guide for LEED 2.2 mentions that exterior lighting should be modeled. Exterior lighting includes more than just the building facade - so which one should be followed for the energy credit analysis?
