[BLDG-SIM] External Loads

Lynn,

I'm assuming by external loads that you mean parking lot lighting, for
example? If so, you would model this as a direct load to the electrical
meter. This is set up by creating a schedule, double clicking on the
electric meter, entering the energy use, and then applying the schedule.

Hope that helps
Jim

Subject: [BLDG-SIM] External Loads

I need to model external loads in eQuest and see in the tutorial and the
end-use splits that they are accounted for, but I can't seem to find
anything that addresses how they are entered. I'm sure it's obvious to
those who know, but it's a mystery to me. Guidance please?

Thanks.
