[BLDG-SIM] utility load shape data

I have a client who has electricity utility load shape data for 11 different
climate zones (climate zones, 1-10 and climate zone 13) in California.

 

They would like to use this information to inform discussion about load
shapes in the Northwest, in particular in climate zones for Oregon,
Washington, western Montana, and Idaho.

 

Any suggestions about a reasonable way to map, and or adjust data from the
California climate zones, to these other zones?
