[BLDG-SIM] Heat Pump Water Heater EIR Values

I am trying to model Heat Pump Water Heaters (HPWHs) in a hotel
application for heating domestic hot water. I set my type to "Heat
Pump" and entered 0.25 for the EIR (a COP of 4). Oddly, the COP appears
to be set at 1.0 regardless of what I enter for the EIR.

I have the max heat pump temperature set at the loop temperature, so it
shouldn't be kicking into electric resistance backup. Any idea how to
remedy this?

If I change the type to "Electricity" and adjust my EIR according, then
I see a savings, but you lose the part load effects of having the HPWH
curves modeled.

Thanks in advance!
