[BLDG-SIM] eQuest Ventilation Loads & SIM File Oddities

You can also run the model twice:
- Once with the actual envelope construction (walls,
roof glazing and infiltration)
- Second setting all envelope properties to zero

The difference will give you the approximate OA load
and energy consumption attributable to the OA.
