[BLDG-SIM] Laboratory systems to comply with T-24 and 90.1

OK, these questions may seem fundamental for some people and if they are
then I should get the answers and clarification I am looking for:

1.	It used to be a common thought that laboratory systems were
process systems and therefore exempt from anyT-24 compliance and for
that matter 90.1, this doesn't seem to be the case as T-24 classes
Laboratories under the CBC definition as occupancy B and therefore must
comply. But what about the process loads, there doesn't seem to be any
clear direction here, so we include them when the don't affect the
results and leave them out when the affect the results (who says
Engineers don't think outside of the box).
2.	90.1, or at least the parts I read does not clearly state how
laboratory systems and process loads are to be simulated.

Please help guide a poor engineer through melee of confusion, thanks
