[BLDG-SIM] Dubai or Abu Dhabi UAE BIN Weather File

I searched the archives but couldn't find a BIN file for one of the  
above locations for use in EQuest/2.2.
I have the EPW file and if I had the time could dig up my old excel  
tools to format in a way that the weather utility can pack ...
I am hoping someone may have already done this and could save me a  
1/2 day?
