[BLDG-SIM] Tips for Ground Source Heat pump

Hello Energy Modeler,
I have hotel using ground source heat pump.
What would be a good check procedure if the "number of hour outside the
throttle range" still as high as 20%?
Any tips is greatly appreciated.
