Please see this post for a relatively simple way to infer whether eQuest
simulation output is in sync with the input files:

Subject: [BLDG-SIM] eQuest Computation Flag?

All,

What is the best way to tell, directly or indirectly, if eQuest
calculations (i.e. results) are reflective of the latest changes to the
input files?

It would be nice if there was a flag in the user interface somewhere
(e.g. Trace) -- the only method that comes to mind is comparing file
save date and times from the baseline file vs. the parametric runs.

Thanks...
