[BLDG-SIM] equest number of hours heating a cooling loads are not meet?

In the .SIM file, look at the BEPU report for the aggregate percent of
hours outside throttling range. To get more detail, look at the SS-O
reports.

Hi Everyone,

I am responsible for the energy modeling associated with Leed EA credit
1 - Optimize Energy Performance, option 1 for a project.  Does anyone
know in Equest how to figure out how many hours that the heating and
cooling loads are not being met annually?
