[BLDG-SIM] eQUEST: Exterior Lighting

In Detailed Data Edit mode, if you bring up Electric Meter Properties by
double clicking on one of the meters in the component tree, you can
access the exterior lighting on the "Direct Loads" tab.  This load gets
directly assigned to the meter.
