Did you take a look at the .epw weather data available on the Doe site?
Open the "stat" file for the location and it had undisturbed ground
temperature and three depth levels.

I would kindly ask for an information please.

Does anyone know where I could find measured soil temperatures at depths
of 1,2,3 meters in Dubai, UAE.  I have found various theoretical models
from the literature and some on the web such as:
