[Bldg-sim] Variable Speed Screw Chiller Curves

[Steven Gates]

They are based on published data from one of the major chiller
manufacturers.  While specific to that manufacturer, they are believed to be
representative of that class of chillers.

Does anyone have DOE-2 performance curves for a variable speed screw chiller
(I believe the Carrier Evergreen 23XRV is the only one now) that they would
