[Bldg-sim] equest: CW LOOP with PSZ

Say I'm simulating a water-to-air heat pump and using PSZ to get energy
recovery.  Since the DOAS is nowhere to be found, is it kosher to total the
energy recovered with the cooling coil energy.  Place this value in the
total cooling capacity and then set the cooling eir to nil.  

 

It's been done before, right?  Since I already have supply delta T at 0.01
and the throttling range at 10 why not right?  

USGBC shouldn't have a problem with this right?
