[Bldg-sim] TMY3 weather files in DOE-2 *.bin format available for download

White Box Technologies has made available for download the TMY3 weather data 
in DOE-2 packed (*.bin) format.

There are 1202 locations in the TMY3 weather data. The weather files packed 
in DOE-2 binary format (*.bin) have been placed in 14 ZIP files, grouped by 
the following US regions: East, Midwest, South, West, and Non-48 States. 
Each ZIP file also contains the STAT (Statistics) files from the doewth 
program. The web site also has a KML file of the TMY3 locations allowing 
users to identify the locations using GoogleEarth.
