[Bldg-sim] Internally inconsistent building area

BSUG,

     My model is giving my two different areas in two different reports.
This is wreaking havoc with the EUI since the BEPS report is using the
wrong number.

 

      The LS-C report is stating that the FLOOR AREA is 4208 SQFT(which
is not right) and my LV-B report is giving a BUILDING TOTAL of 7856.1
SQFT. All spaces are conditioned. Does anyone know where these figures
come from and/or why they would be different?
