[Bldg-sim] How to run heat recovery in heat mode

Hi everyone,
 
I am modeliOng a 100% OA with heat recovery in heat model. Under the tab of control sequences, I choose OA-EXHAUST-DT with 10 F . However, the heat recovery runs for the whole year. Can I run heat recovery when the outside air temperature is below 60 F? I really appreciate if you could give some feedback.
