[Bldg-sim] "Qualified" energy modeling tools for LEED NC v2.2

We are considering using IES but it doesn't appear to be able to 
generate a detailed output like eQuest does. Our firm has been using 
eQuest for some time now and have submitted for 20+/- jobs using it.
