[Bldg-sim] e-Quest error- negative net area of external walls

Break up the window so that the area of the window is less than the parent
wall.  There is a lot in the archives regarding this issue.  This can get
complicated if you don't have your spaces sized right.

Dear All,

I am getting this error, while simulating an office building in eQuest.

"ERROR*****EXTERIOR-WALL Exterior Wall 87 defined on line 4056 has a
negative net area"

A number of external walls are not visible in 3-d view now.

I have started working with e-Quest just a few months back and have no idea
what this error says about or what modification it needs.

Any help will be appreciated.
