[Bldg-sim] Ice Rinks and Ice Rink chillers

in answer to the 1st question, add : 

BRINE-LOOP       = "Brine loop"

to the rink zone.  The "Brine loop" is the CHW loop the chiller is on -- 
this should add the rink load to your chiller.  Hope this helps.
