[Bldg-sim] eQuest - DCV and economizer control

Hi,
 
Can anyone suggest the best approach to modeling combined CO2 with
economizer control?  The economizer should override the CO2 sensors, but in
eQuest it seems to work the other way around (i.e. I get mechanical space
cooling activated instead of free cooling).
