[Bldg-sim] FW: LEED cooking load

All energy use in a building must be modeled according to the modeling
protocols. It does not matter whether it is regulated or not by 90.1.
Cooking would be applicable to a commercial cooking facility like in a
school or restaurant.

Subject: [Bldg-sim] LEED cooking load

Dear All,

In the LEED NC 2.2 EAc1 Submittal Template, does anyone know what the line
item for cooking energy is supposed to entail? Is there any guidance on how
this figure ought to be calculated, and why it is included as its own entry?
Any advice would be appreciated.

cheers,
