[Bldg-sim] Incorporating a turbocor Chiller model in eQUEST.

Hi all,
         I was trying to incorporate a turbocor chiller model in eQUEST,
since it does not have one. I have calculated the coefficients for this
chiller.

Any help would be appreciated.
