[Bldg-sim] About weather data files

Hello everybody:

Has any one got an idea about how to compile or generate weather data files of
EPW or TMY extensions for example from simulation raw data output files, i.e.
*.txt, *.DAT, *.STAT?

A help would be appreciated.
