[Bldg-sim] District heating and cooling

I will be creating a case study that demos central (perhaps cogen) plant with district heating and cooling. I have done this with DOE2.1E at SOM. I need to create a generic model (in DOE2.1E and eQUEST) for public distribution. You can open and look at 3 other case study PDF reports based on real projects from the IIT energy seminar website below. Attached is a summary of the seminar. There might still be a few seats left. I now live in Minneapolis.
