Well it takes about 628 Watt-hours (2260 kJ) to evaporate one kg of
water. One kg = 2.2 lb. So 285 Wh/lb water evaporation. Divide your
W/person by 285 Wh/lb and you should get lb/[hr*person]. Right? It's
friday afternoon, I could be wrong...
