Intermediate - Advanced level workshop

This hands-on event will discuss the detailed building energy analysis
using eQuest's detailed interface. The focus will be on detailed design
application beyond the schematic level of whole-building energy analysis
methods using eQuest. The detailed interface is a full Windows(r)
interface to DOE-2.2, the latest version of DEO-2 and the calculation
engine within eQuest. The presenter will also discuss selected detailed
interface procedures such as defining custom constructions and glass
properties, and building operations schedules, as well as advanced
features such as customizing geometry for specialized applications,
modeling more complex HVAC systems or lighting systems, other popular
sustainable technologies, LEED analysis, detailed development of
daylighting models, the use of parametric processing, and introduction
to working directly in DOE-2's building description language. 

Registration fee: $149 with attendee responsible for own Windows
