[Bldg-sim] Underheated hours for radiant slab (heating only)

I am trying to simulate an electric heating (only) system for a residential
high rise building using eQuest. My SS-F reports are showing an obscene
amount of hours underheated for my zones and the type of system I'm using
(radiant slab). This system doesn't allow me to turn on electric baseboards
at the zone level.

I'm guessing that my underheated hours are stemming from not having any sort
of forced-air system/ventilation input for these spaces. Does anyone have
any suggestions on how I could get these underheated hours reduced with the
system I'm using, or should I switch to another system to simulate all
electric heating in my residential zones?
