[Bldg-sim] pivoted window orientation

Alexandra,

Windows will follow the orientation of the wall on which they are located.
You can create an exterior wall positioned appropriately, then put the
window on that wall.  You will need to reduce the surface area of the
existing exterior wall so that you don't double-account for heat loss.
