Yes it does.

Please see Addendum a to ASHRAE Standard 90.1-2004.

Section G2.1.4 states that the simulation program shall be tested
according to ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 140 and the results shall be furnished
by the software provider.

If you go to IES/VE website, you'll find documentation regarding its
testing according to Standard 140.
