[Bldg-sim] Schedules used to estimate Daylight Savings-eQuest

FYI. 

Try going into the BDL and set DAYLIGHT-SAVINGS = YES. I believe this was carried-over from DOE2.1e.  There should be something in the manual on this as well.

Is there a way I can get the schedule used by eQuest to estimate the
daylight savings?
I assume it may be in one of the software files.
