[Bldg-sim] Qualified Software for commercial building tax deductions

For the commercial building tax deduction, the DOE provides a list of
qualified software packages listed here: 
http://www1.eere.energy.gov/buildings/qualified_software.html

 

Equest is not on this list.  Has anyone ever received this tax credit
using eQUEST?  Have you ever received it using a different program that
those listed on this site (like an upgraded version)?
