[Bldg-sim] Solar Radiation

Hello Dear all,
 Any body can  tell me about any model or solution to convert the *Global
Solar radiation into direct normal, Diffuse horizontal solar radiation.*

I have only global solar radiation and to change weather file global, direct
and diffuse solar radiation are needed.
