[Bldg-sim] increse in chtc for naturally ventilated buildings

Dear all,

I would like to estimate the value of the chtc due to heated surfaces or
other heating devices within a zone when the zone is naturally ventilated
(estimate of 1 AC/h). I have the values for the chtc's in the absence of any
ventilation.
Any suggestions are welcome!
