[Bldg-sim] Software Choice

Dear All,

Let's say we have a two storey building that is 80000 sq.ft. Half of the
building is climatised with CAV system/FCU units with boiler / chiller.
This part also uses extensive daylighting and natural ventilation.

The rest is climatised using VRF system from Mitsubishi and local heat
exchanger ventilators.

What would you recommend in terms of software for energy simulation for
LEED EAC1 application?
