It is traditional for IBPSA Simulation conferences to offer
facilities for workshops by software vendors in conjunction
with the conference. This year we are expecting 300-350
people to come to the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow
in July and this audience may include many that are interested
in workshops, networking and user group activities.

The Building Simulation 2009 conference (http://www.bs2009.org.uk)
will be held in from the 27th to the 30th of July and will close
early in the afternoon on Thursday the 30th. Facilities will
be available up to and including Saturday the 1st of August
for software vendors who wish to offer workshops to their clients
or for user groups. Conference delegates will be able to register for
workshops during registration for the conference.

There are several types of rooms available for hosting workshops
with and without desktop PCs for half day, one day and two day
sessions. Coffees and lunches are provided. There will be standard
participant fees for the facilities depending on the room and duration. The
fees (after costs) will be split between the Conference and
the organizer (as was done in Montreal).

If your group or company would like more information please
email Jon Hand (jon at esru.strath.ac.uk) to discuss available
options.
